Our mission is to offer you an authentic Italian cuisine experience based on love for traditional recipes, quality ingredients, and handcrafted preparation. Our team is led by excellent chef and co-owner of the restaurant Riccardo Lucque, whose passion for cooking and rich years of experience guarantee a unique gastronomic experience.

Our restaurant was founded with the vision of bringing authentic Italian cuisine and culture to Prague. From the very beginning, we decided to emphasize quality and authenticity, which is reflected in every detail of our work. We stand by the belief that authentic Italian cuisine is primarily about the quality of ingredients, which is why we carefully select our suppliers and use only fresh and authentic ingredients, many of which we import directly from Italy. Our goal is to create a place where every visitor feels completely comfortable and can experience real Italy.

Our culinary team is led by head chef Riccardo Lucque, who brings his rich experience and passion for Italian cuisine to Farina’s kitchen. Riccardo has years of experience in prestigious restaurants and is known for his precision and attention to detail. Riccardo is known for his specialization in making fresh pasta and preparing authentic Italian dishes that are created with love and care.
